Job summary

Iris Energy is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Procurement Strategy to shape and scale the company’s procurement function supporting a growing data center portfolio. You will work directly with the VP of Data Center Procurement to translate priorities into actionable plans and dashboards that guide regional execution.

In a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will build scalable processes, enable AI/automation tools, and deliver executive-ready reporting on KPIs, spend, and strategy

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, management consulting, or related analytics.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with strategic planning, business cases, or executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience building executive-facing presentations and materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP to develop, refine, and operationalize the global procurement strategy across data center categories and regions.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, frameworks, and roadmaps that regional and category teams can execute against.
• Track progress against strategic initiatives and flag risks, gaps, or resourcing needs to leadership.
