Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc. is seeking a Program Manager I to join the PMO in the Atlanta area. You will guide a global cross-functional team through the stage-gate process to develop, commercialize and launch innovative product solutions that meet cost, schedule, and scope requirements.

You will manage project plans, monitor milestones, and report progress and risks to senior leadership, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to budgets across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in new product development / project leadership.
• PMP helpful or preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across locations.
• Proficient with MS Project, Project Online or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects of varying complexity.
• Develop standardized project timelines and networks.
• Develop project schedules focusing on critical path in MS Project.
• Deliver PMO KPI metrics for timing, cost, quality and budget.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and R&D to define scope and design.
• Lead weekly team meetings to drive execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and report status to leadership.
• Participate in post-launch audits for continuous improvement.
• Ensure deliverables are high-quality, on time and within budget.
• Communicate project expectations to team and stakeholders clearly.
• Maintain stage-gate documentation.
