Qualifications

• 10+ years HR/People Operations experience, including 5+ years leading global teams.
• Deep knowledge of global compliance, Workday, Greenhouse, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a roadmap using AI to elevate team member experience.
• Standardize, simplify, and automate workflows across onboarding, data, and offboarding.
• Ensure global employment compliance and manage PEO partners.
