Job summary

Eneba is seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage full payroll cycles for Lithuanian and international entities, ensuring accurate compensation and compliance with local laws. You will collaborate with HR, handle timesheets, and prepare salaried tax declarations.

The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience, Lithuanian payroll law knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems like Navision or SAP. English fluency is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll accounting or payroll administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, payroll taxation, and social security.
• Experience with payroll reporting to VMI and SODRA.
• Proficiency with payroll/ERP software (Navision, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent Excel skills for payroll data analysis and reconciliation.
• Fluent Lithuanian and proficient English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full payroll cycle for Lithuanian and foreign entities.
• Ensure compliance with Lithuanian labor law and tax regulations.
• Prepare payroll tax declarations and reports to state authorities (VMI, SODRA).
• Maintain payroll accounts and reconcile with GL.
• Administer timesheets and employment documentation.
• Collaborate with HR on payroll data accuracy and onboarding/offboarding.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Monitor changes in Lithuanian payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with third-party payroll providers and tax consultants.
• Support automation and internal controls improvements.
