Job summary

Eneba is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the full payroll cycle for Lithuania and foreign entities, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and leave. You will ensure compliance with Lithuanian regulations and collaborate with HR and external providers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of payroll accounting experience, strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and payroll taxes, and excellent Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in payroll accounting or administration.
• Solid knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, payroll taxation (GPM, VSD, PSD), and reporting to VMI and SODRA.
• Strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle for Lithuanian and foreign entities, covering salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and leave.
• Ensure payroll compliance with Lithuanian regulations, file tax declarations, and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Support audits and collaborate with HR and external providers on employee data and payroll setups.
