Job summary

Eneba is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the full payroll cycle for Lithuania and foreign entities, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and leave. You will ensure compliance with Lithuanian regulations and collaborate with HR and external providers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of payroll accounting experience, strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and payroll taxes, and excellent Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in payroll accounting or administration.
• Solid knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, payroll taxation (GPM, VSD, PSD), and reporting to VMI and SODRA.
• Strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and high attention to detail.
