Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within a fast-paced SaaS PEO environment.
• Understanding of co-employment structures and payroll tax obligations.
• Ability to manage multiple client timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored implementation plans for new PEO clients.
• Own the onboarding process and align with clients on key milestones.
• Guide clients through Remote's PEO platform and ensure adoption.
