Qualifications

• Strong analytical and collaboration skills with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for 100-200 US and expatriate staff.
• Ensure US office time policy compliance.
• Audit payroll records and resolve discrepancies with HR and accounting.
• Prepare payroll data for posting in the accounting system and assist with reconciliations.
• Coordinate payroll insights with HR and Finance for process improvements.
• Maintain timely filing of payroll taxes and regulatory filings.
