Aston Carter is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple countries in a fully remote role. The temporary position collaborates with external vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate calculations, compliance, and timely processing across diverse jurisdictions.

The role requires hands-on experience with global payroll processes, vendor coordination, and advanced Excel skills, supporting month-end/year-end activities from a remote setup.

Formación

• Experience managing multi-country or global payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, including statutory deductions, taxes, and social security.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and validating payroll funding files.
• Experience with payroll vendor management and tracking calendars/SLAs.
• Ability to support month-end and year-end payroll activities and related reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of payroll for multiple countries (e.g., DK, FR, IE, IT, MX, NL, ES, SE, CH, UK).
• Familiarity with time and attendance integrations and termination payments.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review end-to-end payroll for assigned countries.
• Validate inputs such as hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
• Review payroll calculations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure deadlines are met with vendors.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and validate funding files.
• Support regulatory compliance and year-end activities.
• Assist audits and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align policies and processes.
