Job summary

Arrow Electronics, including Arrow ECS, is seeking a Global Partner Program Manager to design, launch, govern, and scale a scalable global partner program. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage program reporting, and drive adoption, consistency, and measurable business impact across regions.

You’ll translate program objectives into clear plans, milestones, governance routines, and success metrics while partnering with marketing, IT, finance, legal, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of related experience in partner programs, channel management, or program management.
• Strong project management skills including planning, risk, and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across regions and time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive-ready updates.
• Outcome-driven mindset with accountability and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage a global partner program.
• Translate objectives into plans, milestones, governance, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across operations, marketing, IT, legal, sales, finance, and regional teams.
• Manage the team scorecard and impact metrics to track adoption and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure consistent reporting, dashboards, and data definitions.
• Partner with Marketing Intelligence on segmentation, insights, and GTM priorities.
• Prepare communications, status updates, launch summaries, and stakeholder briefings.
