Responsibilities

• Define capability vision and outcomes aligned to global priorities.
• Own and evolve the Omnichannel Orchestration roadmap with prioritization.
• Translate business needs into measurable capability solutions.
• Develop a unified roadmap for orchestration capabilities across franchises.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery with users and stakeholders to validate value.
