Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Global Capability Owner for KOL & External Engagement Platforms within the Customer Operations team. You will serve as the primary global capability product owner, partnering with Tech Leads, development teams, Activation, and vendors to ensure solutions meet priorities and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience in digital product management, product ownership, or demonstrated experience managing the creation and delivery of a product roadmap within a cross-functional team.
• Experience working with event and engagement management platforms, engagement tools, and vendor-supported engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and outcomes aligned to global and franchise priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Lead the ongoing evolution of the KOL & External Engagement Platforms roadmap with data-driven prioritization.
• Translate business needs into product solutions with measurable success metrics.
• Drive delivery of a global roadmap for governance, workflow improvements, and engagement capability enhancements.
