Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience with capability management and cross-functional roadmaps.
- Familiarity with CRM, orchestration, or customer engagement technologies.
- Experience designing scalable decision logic and governance.
Responsibilities
- Define capability vision and outcomes aligned to priority.
- Own and evolve the Omnichannel Orchestration roadmap with stakeholder input.
- Translate business needs into measurable capability solutions.
- Develop and maintain a unified orchestration roadmap across franchises.
