Qualifications

• 8+ years of omnichannel campaign orchestration experience.
• Experience outside US market preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer strategies into personalized, orchestrated campaigns.
• Define media strategies and channel mix for omnichannel execution.
• Collaborate with brand, medical, analytics, and CX teams to align priorities.
• Track performance and optimize sequencing using analytics.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration initiatives from strategy to delivery.
• Ensure regulatory and country-specific requirements are met.
