Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Network Services to lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of our global network and communications services. You will supervise a geographically distributed team, govern managed service providers, and drive modernization across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and unified communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise networking/communications experience; 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience across distributed enterprise networks; manufacturing/industrial setting desired.
• Expertise in Cisco routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, high-availability.
• Strong knowledge of Teams/Teams Phone, SIP, PSTN, voice routing, carrier services.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, security.

Responsibilities

• Own availability, performance, reliability, security of global network and comms services.
• Define and maintain global network strategy, architecture, roadmap, standards, designs.
• Lead modernization initiatives (SD-WAN, wireless, cloud connectivity, automation).
• Ensure capacity, redundancy, DR, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Lead major incidents; drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Manage unified communications (Microsoft Teams, voice, PSTN, conferencing).
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Cloud, OT teams for secure network architectures.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, lifecycle plans.
