Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Network Services to lead strategy, architecture, and operations for our global network and communications services. You will supervise a geographically distributed team, oversee MSPs and carriers, and partner with Cybersecurity and Cloud teams to ensure secure, scalable connectivity worldwide.

The role supports offices, manufacturing, and data centers with a focus on modernization, reliability, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of enterprise networking/communications experience, incl. 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed networks across multiple sites; manufacturing/distribution exp is desired.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking technologies: Cisco routing/switching, SD-WAN, segmentation, high availability.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone, SIP, PSTN, voice routing, carriers, SBC-based architectures.
• Core network protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, security principles.
• Experience managing vendors, carriers, MSPs, contracts, and SLAs.
• Strong incident/problem/change lifecycle and service management experience.
• Able to balance availability, user experience, security, cost, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own availability, performance, reliability, security, and improvement of global network services across all environments.
• Define and maintain global network strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmaps for LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN and cloud connectivity.
• Lead modernization initiatives: SD-WAN, wireless modernization, segmentation, cloud connectivity, automation, Teams Phone, legacy telephony retirement.
• Ensure capacity, redundancy, DR, monitoring, lifecycle management, and support models for critical services.
• Lead major incident response; drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Own global unified communications: Teams/Teams Phone, voice routing, PSTN connectivity; establish standards.
