Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Director, Global Network & Connectivity Services to lead enterprise strategy across regions, cloud and on‑prem environments. You will own the operating model, roadmap, and governance for LAN/WAN, security, and voice, partnering with MSPs and vendors to ensure secure, resilient connectivity aligned to manufacturing, R&D, and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Engineering, or Science; MBA desirable.
• 12+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure with network focus.
• Leadership of large network engineering teams and budgets.
• Experience designing global LAN/WAN/WLAN environments.
• Hands-on with hybrid/cloud connectivity (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience leading network transformations (SD‑WAN, cloud migrations).
• Vendor, carrier management, and cost optimization experience.
• Operates in regulated environments with audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global network strategy and operating model across regions.
• Lead resilience, availability, and performance of network services.
• Drive monitoring, observability, and governance for network platforms.
• Partner with security to implement zero‑trust and segmentation.
• Manage MSPs and vendors, ensure cost efficiency and SLA adherence.
• Develop and mentor a globally distributed Network & Connectivity team.
