Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Services to lead global network strategy, architecture and operations. You will oversee security, reliability, and performance across offices, data centers, and cloud, while guiding a distributed team and coordinating with vendors.

You will partner with Cybersecurity and IT leadership to implement secure, scalable network solutions, and manage budgets, SLAs, and modernization programs across Watts’ global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years enterprise networking/communications experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience across distributed networks; manufacturing/operational environments desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, high-availability architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams/Teams Phone and enterprise voice technologies.
• Experience managing vendors, carriers, contracts, and SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Own availability, performance, security of global enterprise network and communications.
• Define global network strategy, architecture, standards for LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN, routing, switching, cloud connectivity.
• Lead modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, wireless modernization, network segmentation, cloud connectivity, automation, and Teams Phone.
• Ensure capacity, redundancy, resiliency, DR, monitoring, documentation, lifecycle management, and support models.
• Lead major incidents; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Own the global unified communications service, including Teams, Teams Phone, voice routing and related carrier services.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Infrastructure, OT teams for secure architectures.
• Ensure new locations/acquisitions follow standards; lead integration/remediation for modernization.
• Lead, coach and develop the Network Services team; manage budgets and SLAs.
• Manage strategic relationships with Cisco, Microsoft, carriers, MSPs; oversee service performance and escalation.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for network and communications services.
• Establish and monitor service-level metrics and KPI's; report health to leaders.
