Qualifications

• Minimum five years leading global network engineering and operations teams.
• Experience supporting a 24x7 enterprise environment.
• Strong Cisco routing and switching expertise with BGP/OSPF/EIGRP.
• Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent project-management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Network Engineers team supporting the firm’s network.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of voice, LAN, WAN, and security platforms.
• Establish network policies, procedures, and operational controls.
• Ensure change management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and IT teams on reliable service delivery.
• Drive modernization initiatives (SASE, SD-WAN, cloud networking, automation).
