You will orchestrate leadership meetings, support onboarding, and drive internal communications across time zones, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination or business operations within a global setting.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management capabilities.
• Ability to bring order to complex processes and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing central information repositories or trackers.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and support high-impact global leadership meetings, offsites, and department-wide events across multiple international time zones.
• Spearhead global marketing onboarding and learning operations, empowering international cohorts with centralized tools, resources, and best practices.
• Drive strategic internal communications by coordinating executive updates, newsletters, and centralized organizational repositories.
• Partner across Finance, Procurement, and Legal to optimize operational workflows, vendor tracking, and budget monitoring.
