Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Global Director, Manufacturing Excellence to translate the manufacturing operating system into sustainable execution across its global network. You will coach teams, build capability, accelerate site maturity, and scale proven practices that bring the production system to life enterprise-wide.

The role may sit remotely within the United States and requires up to 50% travel. You will partner with IT, Operations, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain to deploy EPS and drive enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in a global manufacturing environment.
• Senior plant/operations experience with deployment of a manufacturing operating system across multiple sites.
• In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Operating System such as TPS.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale organizational change.
• Ability to balance operational and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME for EPS architecture, procedures, and global deployment.
• Coach site leadership during implementation and identify gaps.
• Assess site maturity and tailor deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain to deploy EPS tools.
• Drive knowledge sharing across regions to scale best practices.
