Eaton’s Energy Solution and Services group is seeking a Manufacturing Project Leader to drive major capital and process transformation at the Waukesha, WI HQ or Jonesville, SC site. You will lead on-site programs, own scope, schedule, and delivery, and coordinate across engineering, operations, and supply chain to scale production with speed and reliability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent in a manufacturing environment.
• Three (3) years of direct experience leading CapEx projects from initiation through launch.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Relocation assistance provided for candidates whose residence is >50 miles from designated sites; travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic capital and manufacturing programs from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and performance targets.
• Build and execute integrated program plans, aligning cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Provide clear program updates, manage risks, and drive timely decisions to maintain momentum.
• Integrate multiple workstreams into a cohesive, executable program plan.
