Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Lead Global Integrated Campaign Manager to drive globally integrated campaigns across regions. Remote-US role, focusing on translating business priorities into horizontal campaign strategies and delivering measurable pipeline impact.

You'll partner with senior marketing and sales leaders, lead performance analysis, apply AI-enabled insights, and craft comprehensive briefs collaborating with Product Marketing to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of B2B integrated or growth marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering pipeline impact
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and performance optimization skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing output and insights
• Excellent oral and written communication with executive presence and strong facilitation and PM skills

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, planning, and execution for large-scale, multi-region campaigns tied to priority sales plays
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior marketing and sales stakeholders across regions
• Lead campaign performance analysis, insights generation, and optimization recommendations
• Create comprehensive campaign briefs with Product Marketing to define objectives, audiences, messaging, and creative needs
• Collaborate with international field and partner marketing teams to drive global demand and engagement
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
