Qualifikationen

• 14+ years of relevant experience, or 12+ years with an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Global mindset with scalable, culturally adaptive learning solutions.

• Prioritize strategic learning and talent development work across the enterprise.
• Lead enterprise-wide learning initiatives from design through implementation.
• Shape the learning technology ecosystem with HR tech partners and vendors.
• Advise on workforce readiness and capability development.

• Support business case development and investment prioritization for learning ROI.
