The role focuses on logistics coordination, instructional design for knowledge-sharing, and maintaining knowledge management systems to align with the company mission. Responsibilities include coordinating workshops and training materials, assisting in LMS maintenance, and collaborating with HR and leadership across centers to improve patient and staff

Qualifications

• Assist in capturing and documenting explicit and tacit knowledge.
• Coordinate updates to knowledge bases for accuracy and accessibility.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and scheduling workshops.
• Assist instructional design and develop training materials.
• Troubleshoot LMS and knowledge systems; escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics and onboarding for staff.
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR, leadership, and regional teams.
• Manage knowledge repositories and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Incorporate service culture and de-escalation techniques into training.
• Support continuous improvement of knowledge management workflows.
