Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Global IT Audit Director to shape IT risk assessment and assurance strategy across the enterprise. The role partners with CAEs and executives to prioritize risks, oversee delivery model, and ensure audit quality on a global scale.

Responsibilities include leading risk programs, vendor management, and reporting with a focus on practical, risk-based results. Travel may be 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 15+ years’ experience in Internal Audit, risk management or professional services in a leadership capacity.
• CIA, CISA, CISSP, CPA or other applicable certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT risk assessment program and identify key inherent and residual risks.
• Oversee IT audit delivery, including vendor relationships and co-sourced work.
• Present findings to executive leadership with practical, risk-based recommendations.
