Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead global technology audit initiatives, focusing on ITGC, cybersecurity, ERP transformations, and data analytics. You will partner with CFO/IT leadership to strengthen controls and governance while delivering objective assurance across the enterprise.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication to executives, and mentoring audit staff. Domestic and international travel may be required to support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years IT audit, risk, or information security experience; manager level preferred.
• Big 4 or large-firm tech risk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual IT audit plan aligned with ERM and risk environment.
• Lead IT audits end-to-end: planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
• Audit cybersecurity, cloud, identity, change management, IT ops and data privacy.
