Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior IT Audit Director to lead the global technology audit plan across a complex fintech environment, reporting to the Head of IT Audit. You will guide risk-based assurance over cybersecurity, cloud, ITGC, and emerging technologies while managing a distributed team across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, cybersecurity, or broader risk management, including significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading technology audits in complex, regulated environments, ideally within financial services or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of ITGC, SOX readiness, cloud risk, cybersecurity controls, IAM, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based technology audit plan aligned to enterprise priorities and regulatory expectations.
• Lead technology risk assessments across ITGC, SOX readiness, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure, IAM, and third-party risk.
• Direct end-to-end audits covering AWS/cloud environments, SDLC, vulnerability management, incident response, and DR/BCP.
