Job summary

Veralto seeks an IT Internal Audit Director to lead global IT audit strategy, risk-based reviews, and IT SOX compliance from its Waltham, MA headquarters. You will mentor a global team, coordinate with co-source partners, and advise executive leadership on technology risk and control design.

This role emphasizes data analytics, automation, and continuous monitoring across the enterprise. You will collaborate with CIOs, IT compliance, and business units to strengthen governance and drive value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT audit, technology risk, cybersecurity, or related fields with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and professional credentials such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CIA or CISM.
• Deep expertise in ITGCs, cloud, ERP, and industry frameworks; ability to explain risk to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global, risk-based IT and cyber audit strategy and annual plan.
• Oversee IT SOX planning, scoping, testing, remediation tracking, and external coordination.
• Lead IT audits and advisory reviews with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor emerging tech risks (cyber, cloud, AI governance, data privacy) and add value.
• Communicate results to leadership and audit committees; collaborate with CIOs and control owners.
• Champion data analytics, automation, and tech-enabled audit techniques to improve coverage.
