• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work U.S. hours (11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST) in a remote, structured environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound intake calls and conduct the full intake process from initial call through file setup.
• Own the conversion of qualified prospects into signed clients with timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
• Enter intake details into CasePeer and prepare initial documentation like letters of representation.
