Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Global Procurement Manager- Indirect Factory to lead a worldwide team and shape sourcing for indirect factory goods and services. The role drives supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and continuity across our healthcare platforms.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with extensive procurement experience, strong stakeholder management, and financial acumen; a master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 9+ years in procurement or related field.
• MBA/Master’s in Business Administration or Logistics ideal.
• Strong written and verbal communication and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of procurement professionals across analysts to managers.
• Define and implement global sourcing strategies for indirect factory goods/services.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships for cost and quality benefits.
• Negotiate and enforce supplier contracts with competitive prices and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with procurement guidelines.
• Lead high-value, cross-functional projects with broad impact.
