Job summary

Mohawk Global Logistics Corp is seeking a Senior Export Coordinator to drive customer satisfaction and optimize export shipments across air and ocean. You will lead complex shipments, manage documentation, and coordinate with clients, carriers, and partners to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will analyze shipments, develop SOPs, mentor junior coordinators, and support ongoing process improvements to strengthen Mohawk's export operations and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of air and ocean export operations, documentation, and freight forwarding processes.
• Proficiency in CargoWise and freight forwarding systems.
• Experience with specialized shipment types including dangerous goods, carnets, TSA requirements, screenings, and other regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ocean export shipments from initiation through final delivery.
• Manage export documentation, routing instructions, shipment records, and data integrity in CargoWise.
• Prepare competitive quotes, rates, and customer solutions that support growth and service excellence.
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, agents, and partners to support retention and business development.
• Assist with onboarding, SOP development, and process consistency across accounts.
