Job summary

Manifest o.s. is seeking a Global Case Manager to own end-to-end immigration matters for enterprise clients. You will manage a high-volume, multi-country caseload across jurisdictions, delivering timely, accurate outcomes.

You will coordinate with HR, Global Mobility, Legal, and vendors, and stay audit-ready by tracking milestones in Manifest's platform. This role demands ownership, cross-border collaboration, and focus on client-ready results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate immigration experience outside the U.S., at a firm, provider, or in-house.
• Hands-on case management across multiple jurisdictions, including work permits and permanent residence.
• Proven SLA and KPI delivery on high-volume enterprise programs.
• Experience directing external network partners or vendors.
• Strong communication skills with HR, Mobility, and Legal stakeholders under escalation pressure.
• Exceptional organization and accuracy managing concurrent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage global immigration cases end-to-end within contractual SLAs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deliver eligibility assessments, case strategy, and realistic timelines to clients and assignees.
• Serve as primary contact for client HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal stakeholders.
• Coordinate network partners and vendors, holding them to timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor legislative changes across assigned jurisdictions and translate them into client guidance.
• Track cases, milestones, and documentation in Manifest's platform to stay audit-ready.
• Identify and implement workflow, template, or automation improvements that reduce processing time.
