Job summary

Paylocity is hiring for a role that manages a portfolio of In-Country-Providers (ICPs) to deliver international payroll services. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Ops, and Legal to ensure seamless integration across platforms and drive global payroll growth.

The role requires 7+ years in payroll or HR tech, strong relationship management with partners, and experience across multiple countries and cultures. This is a fully remote U.S. position with domestic travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payroll, HR tech, workforce management, or related field.
• Global payroll experience is a plus.
• Exposure to international employment, payroll, compliance, or HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage & support a portfolio of ICPs delivering international payroll services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops to integrate ICP platforms.
• Serve as single point of contact for partners, resolving integration issues.
• Monitor partner KPIs & SLAs.
• Support leadership with escalations, root-cause analysis, and improvement plans.
• Execute contracting & pricing models within global framework for ICPs and Paylocity customers.
• Manage ICP diligence, contracting & onboarding processes and adoption.
• Identify external partners for integration opportunities supporting international strategy.
• Travel 10-25%.
