ICF International seeks a Full Stack Developer for the Global Health & AI initiative. You will build AI-enabled applications, APIs, and data services, ensuring secure access controls and offline-capable field tools for global health programs.

Responsibilities include integrating AI services, designing data models, and delivering production-ready code with clear documentation. This role supports a US-based, remote-friendly environment with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production systems with focus on error handling, security, and reliability.
• Experience with major cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Build a governed data-access application with authentication, authorization, audit logging, and disclosure controls.
• Develop offline-first field tools for low-connectivity environments with sync on reconnect.
• Integrate AI services via APIs, exposing model pipelines with MCP connectors.
• Specify and review agentic coding tools to drive production code.
• Design data services and schemas for survey metadata and AI-generated results.
• Ensure production readiness and provide documentation for handover and published tools.
