Job summary

ICF is seeking a Full Stack Developer for its Global Health & AI initiative. You will build applications, APIs, and data services to apply AI across survey programs and global health efforts.

Remote within the United States with occasional travel, contributing from prototype to production while ensuring security and privacy. You will collaborate with AI engineers, survey experts, and partner-country teams to deliver scalable, offline-capable tools and secure cloud applications that support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with minimum 5 years or Master’s with minimum 2 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience integrating LLMs into production systems, with attention to error handling, security, and reliability.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), IaC, and CI/CD.
• U.S. citizenship is required by federal government contract.

Responsibilities

• Build a governed data-access application with authentication, authorization, audit logging, and disclosure-risk controls.
• Develop offline-first field tools for interviewers and field supervisors for low-connectivity settings.
• Integrate AI services and expose model pipelines via APIs including MCP connectors.
