You will build a scalable privacy organization, oversee governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver risk-based, compliant solutions that enable growth and responsible data use.

• Define and drive the global data privacy strategy for the diagnostics business to support growth and digital transformation.
• Build and evolve a scalable, risk-based privacy organization and governance framework across regions and functions.
• Lead and develop a small, globally distributed team, promoting collaboration and continuous growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating privacy requirements into business-enabling solutions.
• Drive privacy-by-design principles across AI, analytics, and product development for ethical data use.
• Oversee the global privacy management system, including policies, tools, and performance metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable innovative business models and global data collaborations.
