Job summary

Accuray seeks a senior Data Privacy and Responsible AI Manager to lead privacy risk assessments across enterprise processes, cloud services, and third-party relationships. You will support governance of responsible AI and collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant data usage and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes enterprise systems, data sharing, and AI-enabled technologies, with exposure to global privacy standards and cross-border transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in privacy, compliance, information security, or related field.
• Significant hands-on PIAs and DPAs experience as an individual contributor.
• Experience reviewing DPAs and privacy-related contractual clauses.
• Strong knowledge of global privacy principles and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess privacy risks across processes, systems, vendors.
• Conduct PIAs and DPIAs for new or changed activities.
• Review DPAs, BAAs, and privacy terms for vendors and partners.
• Partner with Security on risk assessments and third-party reviews.
• Apply HIPAA, GDPR, UK GDPR and other global privacy laws.
• Support AI governance, risk assessments and policy guidance.
• Travel may be required (<10%).
