Siemens Healthineers AG invites a Global Head of Data Privacy for Diagnostics to lead a global privacy function and guide a small, distributed team. You will partner with executives to enable responsible data use across AI and digital initiatives.

You will shape privacy governance, manage the privacy system across regions, and engage with regulators and customers to advance privacy as a business enabler.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Privacy, IT Law, or related field; privacy certs desirable.
• Extensive hands-on experience in data privacy, data protection, compliance in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Led global privacy programs and distributed teams across jurisdictions, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in GDPR, UK GDPR, HIPAA, and AI governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global Privacy strategy for Diagnostics to enable growth.
• Build scalable, risk-based privacy governance across regions.
• Lead and develop a small global privacy team.
• Advise executive leadership and translate requirements into pragmatic solutions.
• Oversee privacy management system, policies, controls, risk management, audits, incident response.
