Job summary

Yuno is hiring a Global Head of Go-to-Market for a remote role across the Americas. You will own the engine that transforms market position into predictable, compounding revenue.

You’ll oversee Marketing, SDR, Revenue Ops, and Sales Enablement, building a unified system that drives demand and pipeline across 80+ countries and 450+ partners. You’ll design scalable GTM motions, align teams, and set rigorous data, forecasting, and reporting standards to empower executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• 8+ years leading GTM functions or teams.
• Proven ability to scale a B2B company’s revenue.
• Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles with technical buyers.
• Strong quantitative skills and data-driven reasoning.
• Comfort operating across diverse regions and markets.
• Entrepreneurial builder mindset with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy, demand generation, content, events, and product marketing.
• Build and scale SDR motion, define ICP, and coordinate with enterprise sales.
• Design onboarding, ramp time, certification, and competitive intel for sales.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting, tooling, and revenue reporting.
• Define GTM architecture, pricing motion, and channel/partnership leverage.
• Identify next investments across all revenue functions.
• Align marketing, SDR, enablement, and RevOps into a single GTM system.
• Translate Yuno’s tech differentiation to both engineers and CFOs.
