Job summary

Ekovits Consulting LLP seeks a highly driven Chief Growth Officer to lead global revenue growth in software development and technology services for the US market. This leadership role focuses on building enterprise client relationships and scaling the company’s technology consulting business.

The CGO will manage end-to-end sales strategies, offshore partnerships, and a revenue-sharing/equity-based compensation model with potential transition to fixed salary as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT services sales or software development business.
• Strong networks in the USA startup/technology ecosystem.
• Ability to independently generate and close enterprise deals.
• Experience with offshore software outsourcing or IT consulting.
• Comfortable with performance-driven compensation models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global growth strategy for software development and technology services.
• Identify market opportunities across the USA technology ecosystem including startups, SMBs, and enterprises.
• Establish Ekovits Consulting as a trusted offshore development partner.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build a strong sales pipeline for software development projects and digital transformation.
• Drive revenue growth through custom software development and SaaS projects.
• Build relationships with startup founders, CTOs, and tech decision-makers.
• Negotiate and secure long-term service contracts; align sales with delivery capabilities.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology agencies, consulting firms, and global resellers.
• Expand reach through referral networks and channel partnerships.
• Position the firm as a cost-effective offshore development partner for US-based companies.
