Job summary

Gaijin is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to expand licensing and publishing footprint across Asia while coordinating with partners for PC and mobile titles. You will close deals, lead negotiations, and adapt distribution strategies for new markets.

Responsibilities include developing partnerships with Asian platforms, managing payments integrations, and representing Gaijin at industry events. Remote or office work is available with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development experience in the games industry.
• Track record of closing licensing or publishing deals with partners in Asia.
• Experience with both PC and mobile projects.
• Experience with F2P / online games.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to lead deals independently.

Responsibilities

• Find and close licensing deals with local publishers and operators to launch Gaijin games in new regions.
• Build and grow partnerships with Asian platforms, publishers, ad networks, hardware manufacturers and other studios.
• Enter new markets by analyzing regional specifics and adapting distribution strategies.
• Develop existing markets, primarily China, Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia.
• Set up co-promo campaigns with partners and work with local payment providers on integrations.
