What the Role Entails

• Identify new partners and business opportunities in global markets; be well‑versed in market trends and notable industry events, and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain and grow strategic partner relationships; nurture and drive partnerships (e.g., major IPs, brands) and lead end‑to‑end deal execution from sourcing and negotiation to signing and delivery.
• Serve as the liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution, clear accountability, and measurable results.

Who We Look For

• 7–10+ years in Business Development in gaming or adjacent entertainment/interactive media industry. Well‑established network with overseas IP holders, brand licensors, agencies, and platform partners; proven ability to access senior decision‑makers.
• Cross‑cultural fluency (Chinese speaking preferred); proven track record of leading negotiations and closing IP/brand partnerships in global markets, including ownership of term sheets and delivery through launch.
• Strong ownership mindset and problem‑solving abilities. Able to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment with prioritisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration; capable of aligning multiple internal and external teams across time zones, setting milestones, and ensuring projects ship on time and at quality.

Benefits

Location(s): Los Angeles, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Bellevue, WA. Expected base pay range: $102,200.00 to $192,700.00 per year. Employees may be eligible for a sign‑on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits and a 401(k) plan. Up to 15–25 days of vacation per year based on tenure, up to 13 holidays per year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Benefits are adjusted to reflect location, employment status, duration, and position level.
