Job summary

Fortive seeks a Director, Global Executive & Strategic Recruiting to lead executive hiring across its portfolio of operating companies. You will build an internal, best-in-class executive search capability, combining rigor with in-house business insight.

You’ll mentor a team of recruiters and researchers, partner with senior leaders to shape leadership needs, and use talent intelligence to inform decision-making across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive recruiting, executive search, talent acquisition, or leadership hiring.
• 2+ years leading an executive recruiting or TA team.
• Experience advising senior executives and HR leaders on complex talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fortive’s global executive and strategic recruiting function across the enterprise and operating companies.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, researchers, and support staff.
• Build a scalable internal executive search model with rigorous standards and market expertise.
• Establish playbooks, sourcing strategies, and assessment frameworks for leadership searches.
• Personally lead a portfolio of high-impact searches and calibrate candidates with stakeholders.
