Job summary

Charles River Laboratories is seeking a Senior Events Specialist to manage and optimize our global events program. This remote-based role collaborates with corporate and regional teams to deliver revenue-focused, brand-aligned events and oversee the regional tradeshow calendar.

The role requires coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring compliant lead capture, and driving improvements in lead quality and ROI. Regular domestic and occasional international travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience managing large tradeshows.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tradeshow programs and hosted events globally.
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors and attendees to drive revenue and market presence.
• Own regional tradeshow calendar and preshow planning.
• Track ROI metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee event logistics including contracts, shipping, and onsite coordination.
