Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Specialist to lead demand generation events across the Americas, including Tier 1 conferences, trade shows and flagship events. This is a 100% remote role with a hybrid option for candidates near our Chicago headquarters.

You will own end-to-end event strategy, coordinate with marketing and sales, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and travel up to 20% to support on-site execution and ROI tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company.
• Experience leading large-scale conferences/trade shows and smaller-scale events.
• Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programs.
• Proficient with CRM/marketing automation platforms for event-related leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of demand generation events across the Americas, including Tier 1 conferences and trade shows (e.g. RSAC, Black Hat, Identiverse).
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for corporate, public sector and demand generation events.
• Oversee inventory management systems, including swag and trade show assets.
• Collaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to create compelling event materials.
• Support managing event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, booth design and on-site coordination.
• Partner with sales and marketing operations to track event-sourced pipeline and report on ROI against targets.
• Provide end-to-end event marketing support across sales teams, tailoring approaches to meet segment needs.
• Proactively manage the events list and internal calendars.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to support on-site event execution.
