Rippling in San Francisco, CA invites an experienced Senior Manager, Implementation (Global EOR) to lead a fast-growing EOR onboarding and implementation team. You will mentor managers, scale operations, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer journey.

You will drive performance against KPIs, coach for excellence, and shape processes that improve time-to-value and customer experience while maintaining SLAs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading an Implementation or Customer Success team in SaaS or startup.
• Experience hiring and managing a distributed team.
• Proven record scaling teams while maintaining SLAs and metrics.
• Data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing KPIs.
• Learning mindset and people-first leadership.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, with follow-through.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with diverse groups.
• Hands-on leader comfortable driving initiatives outside comfort zone.
• Courage to challenge the status quo with logical rationale.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams meeting quarterly goals.
• Resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction.
