Henderson Group is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead enterprise sales and strategic account growth across large national and global organizations. The role, remote with ~25% travel, will shape market strategy, build senior relationships, and close multi-million enterprise agreements.

You will drive the sales function, develop key client relationships, and align across marketing, product, and client-facing teams to forecast revenue and expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales.
• 4+ years in corporate travel services or related sector.
• Proven success winning and growing Fortune 1000 accounts.
• Experience closing $1M+ enterprise opportunities.
• Knowledge of corporate travel, payments, expense management, events, or fintech.
• Strong C-suite relationships and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading and developing sales professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

• Set and execute the enterprise growth strategy.
• Build a strong pipeline of large strategic accounts.
• Lead major opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Develop senior-level relationships with prospective and existing clients.
