Justworks, Inc. is seeking a strategic Manager of International Onboarding to lead a high-performing team across global markets.

You will ensure compliant employment setups, examine representations, and partner with Sales, Legal, and Product to scale our onboarding capabilities. This role requires 8+ years in onboarding or global operations, proven people leadership, and strong analytics to optimize processes, automate where possible, and protect customer experience as Justworks expands

Formación

• 8+ years in onboarding, implementation, or global operations
• 2+ years of direct people management
• Deep knowledge of international labor laws and payroll nuances
• Proficient with data to monitor team health and satisfaction

Responsabilidades

• Direct a team of International Onboarding Specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end global onboarding strategy across jurisdictions.
• Define KPI, SLA metrics and drive efficiency via automation.
• Liaise between Onboarding and Sales, Legal, Product, and Ops leadership.
