Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Sustainability Program Manager to lead global Sustainable Operations initiatives for a major client. You will oversee a team of approximately 35 sustainability professionals and drive strategy across the real estate lifecycle, balancing client goals with operational delivery.

Remote US role with preferred locations Arlington/Seattle; 10+ years in sustainability program management, change management, and strong leadership are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• University Degree, MBA preferred; science/engineering/math backgrounds valued.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary sustainability programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct global sustainability program delivery across the client lifecycle.
• Develop and execute sustainability strategies in collaboration with client teams.
• Manage a large cross-functional team and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and drive satisfaction and growth.
